As a form of concern for others and a form of CSR, PT. Guna Teguh Abadi routinely always holds donations to orphans, both at the Head Office and in its projects located in various regions in Indonesia. According to the direction of the GTA Leader, Mr. Hirota, this event is held once a month.

No exception in the last week of December 2024, this orphanage donation event was held at the PT. GTA’ Mosque by inviting children from orphanages around the office to pray and eat together. This event also aims to be a joint prayer for the smooth running of projects being worked on by PT. GTA. [DM]

In order to increase worker and staff awareness in the event of a fire, PT. Guna Teguh Abadi conducted fire handling training on December 21, 2024 by the Cilegon Fire Department. The event, which was filled with theoretical and practical training, was attended by representatives from each Division at PT. GTA..

It is hoped that this training can also increase worker readiness in the event of a fire within the PT. GTA environment and workers understand how to handle fires properly and correctly. (DM)

In order to continue improving the quality and competitiveness in the construction world, both locally and internationally, PT. GTA continues to improve and rejuvenate its equipment units, one of which is the procurement of one unit of Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 1750/2 which arrived at the PT. GTA yard at the end of November 2024.

An improvement on the LR 1750 Series, the LR 1750/2 Crawler Crane has a stronger main boom strength than the regular LR 1750, and by rearranging the derrick system, the crane’s load capacity has been increased by up to 30% in several areas. Of course, this is an added value for the PT. GTA fleet. [DM]

In mid-November 2024, PT. GTA received an invitation from United Tractor, as the official and sole distributor of Tadano products for the Indonesian Market, to visit the Tadano Ltd factory in Takamatsu, Japan. Tadano as a manufacturer of Hydraulic Cranes used in various industries such as construction, mining, and oil & gas, has always been PT. GTA’s mainstay in supporting its business lines in the construction sector.

During the Factory Visit, representatives of PT. GTA, totaling seven people, were invited to visit two Tadano factories, namely the Takamatsu Plant which is the first plant and the head office of Tadano Ltd and to visit the Shido Plant which is a modern factory version that applies the principle of green energy. As a routine annual agenda and also to guarantee the quality of PT. Guna Teguh Abadi, on October 14-15, 2024, the second annual Surveillance External Audit was held to guarantee the ISO certificates owned by PT. GTA, namely ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 37001: 2016 are guaranteed in the quality.

The External Audit which aims to confirm that the implementation of the management system is in accordance with all ISO standards is led by Quest International Certification. After conducting an audit for two full days, the results showed that PT. GTA is still trusted to obtain the four certificates. An achievement that is worthy of pride and must be maintained in the future. [DM]

In 2024, PT. GTA again received an award as “The Best Subcontractor in 2024” by PHE Jambi Merang. Thanks to the performance and proforma that are continuously maintained in terms of punctuality, work quality, and safety, GTA is trusted to receive this award.

GTA should be proud considering that this award as the Best Subcontractor is not the first and of course can continue to be maintained in the future in accordance with its motto to become the Leading Construction Company in Indonesia. [DM]

On March 8, 2024, PT. GTA received an award from Banten Province as the recipient of the Zero Accident Achievement award in 2024. This award proves the management’s high commitment to safety in the PT. GTA work environment.

Not only in 2024, similar awards have been received by PT. GTA in 2022 and 2023. Of course, this is thanks to various policies and real steps of regulations in the field that continue to be implemented to continue to strive for a safe and secure work environment. [DM]

In commemoration of the 2024 National K3 Month, PT GTA, which is currently running one of its projects on Sumbawa Island, carried out a beach cleanup activity at Pasir Putih Beach, Maluk, West Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This activity was held on January 20, 2024, which was attended by the entire GTA team in West Sumbawa.

In addition to increase togetherness between workers, the beach cleanup is also GTA’s effort to contribute directly to the community around the project. The event, which lasted half a day, went smoothly and received appreciation from the local community. [DM]

Pada 12 Januari 2024, PT. GTA yang diwakili langsung oleh Bapak K. Hirota selaku Direktur Utama, menerima penghargaan dari PT. Rekayasa Industri sebagai The Best Subcontractor karena performanya yang outstanding pada proyek-proyek PT. Rekayasa Industri sepanjang 2020 sampai dengan 2024.

GTA patut berbangga mengingat penghargaan sebagai Best Subcontractor ini bukanlah yang pertama dan tentunya dapat terus dipertahankan hingga masa-masa mendatang sesuai dengan motonya menjadi Perusahaan Konstruksi Terdepan di Indonesia. [DM]

On September 2-3, 2022, PT. Guna Teguh Abadi held an outing event at the Cabin Situ Cileunca, Bandung. The two-day event was attended by the Board of Directors to staff, field workers, even office girls/boys with the aim of relieving fatigue, increasing work enthusiasm, and of course employee productivity.

Different from similar events held at hotels, this event was held on the edge of the lake and the participants slept in tents, including the Board of Directors. This very lively event was filled with morning exercises, several games, Paint Ball, Rafting, and of course the distribution of Door Prizes. [DM]
