PT Guna Teguh Abadi (GTA) held a Sharing Session with CAP on 12 December 2025 as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration, enhance the safety culture, and align operational readiness in preparation for the Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) activities at PT Chandra Asri Pacific. The session was attended by management, supervisors, and operational teams from both companies to comprehensively discuss field experiences, project lessons learned, and resource planning.

Carrying the theme “Strengthening Readiness for a Successful Turn Around,” the session aimed to share GTA’s experiences from projects previously executed within the CAP environment, serving as valuable lessons to reinforce the successful delivery of upcoming projects. Through open knowledge sharing, key challenges, risks, and improvement actions were discussed to ensure that similar issues can be anticipated and avoided in the future.

This sharing session also served as a platform to align improvement initiatives in support of the Turn Around Maintenance scheduled for January 2026. Through constructive and collaborative discussions, GTA and CAP reaffirmed their shared commitment to prioritizing workplace safety, effective coordination, and disciplined execution, ensuring that all project phases are carried out in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. PT Guna Teguh Abadi once again recorded a proud achievement by receiving the Best Service Provider II Award 2025 at the Vendor Gathering event of PT Petrokimia Gresik, held on 26 November 2025. This award was presented to vendors who demonstrated active and consistent contributions in supporting various maintenance activities and operational projects within PT Petrokimia Gresik. Carrying the theme “Uniting Networks for Impact, Transparency, and Sustainability”, the event was attended directly by the President Director of PT GTA, Mr. K. Hirota, reflecting the strong collaboration and partnership that has been established.

This recognition signifies PT Petrokimia Gresik’s trust in PT GTA’s performance, particularly in providing heavy crane rental services and executing heavy lifting operations that require high precision and strict safety standards in the chemical industry. On November 4, 2025, PT. GTA once again received recognition as the 1st Place Winner in the Best Performance Execution Category for the Pit STOP Unit NPU 2025, awarded by PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit Balongan. This award was granted for PT. GTA’s successful completion of the Main Mechanical Repair Work during the NPU Shutdown at PT KPI RU VI Balongan in April 2025.

The award was received by Mr. Ramban Pinem, Site Manager, marking another remarkable achievement by PT. GTA in successfully delivering various maintenance projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector. With a strong commitment to safety, along with proven timeliness and quality performance, PT. GTA continues to demonstrate excellence at the national level. Recently, employees of PT. GTA have been regularly enjoying mini soccer or futsal matches after work. This fun activity serves as a great way to unwind after a long day at the office, and it’s usually held every Friday. The enthusiasm among employees is impressive, with around 32 participants from various divisions joining the games each week.

One of the regular players, Firman Maulana, shared, “This activity is a great way to build closer relationships among employees and strong teamwork while keeping our bodies healthy and fit. We’ve even had friendly matches with teams from other companies, such as BNI and SSA.” To make it even more exciting, the team members pooled their money to order custom jerseys for the games. The spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie has made PT. GTA’s mini soccer sessions something everyone looks forward to every week. [DM]

As a routine quarterly event, on September 13, 2025, PT. GTA held another blood donor at its Cilegon Head Office. In collaboration with the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Cilegon City, the drive was enthusiastically attended by all employees at the Cilegon Head Office.

Through this routine activity, PT. GTA remains committed to helping those in need of blood transfusions and ensuring the availability of supplies from the PMI in Cilegon City. Furthermore, donating blood is also highly beneficial for donors, as it reduces blood viscosity, ultimately reducing the risk of heart disease. [DM]

Still in the spirit of Indonesia’s 80th anniversary of independence, PT. GTA held a series of August 17th-themed competitions at its Cilegon Head Office on August 30, 2025. The event, themed “One Team, One Spirit, One GTA for Indonesia,” was attended by all employees, from office boys to PT. GTA’s directors, with great enthusiasm and vigor.

Besides providing a refreshing break from the work routine, this event also aimed to strengthen cooperation and bonding among employees through a series of group competitions. The excitement of the event was further enhanced by prizes totaling tens of millions of rupiah for the six highest-scoring groups. [DM]

From June 28 to July 4, 2025, PT. GTA, a loyal user of the Kobelco crane brand in its construction activities, had the opportunity to participate in the “Kobelco Crane Explore Hokkaido’s Lavender Beauty” event. Representatives from PT. GTA, Mr. Firman Maulana and Mr. Sartono, were invited to enjoy the natural beauty of Hokkaido and to observe the manufacturing of Kobelco cranes directly at its factory located in Hyogo Prefecture, Kobe.

GTA’s Kobelco units currently focus on capacities ranging from 250 tons to 550 tons and are one of PT. GTA’s mainstays in its “combat fleet” for the safe, secure, and timely execution of client-entrusted projects. [DM]

On May 7, 2025, PT. GTA again received an award as “The Best Main Contractor Category” by PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit Cilacap for its success in completing work on TA Refinery II Pertamina Cilacap in 2025 in February. In addition to the award, two other categories were also won by PT. GTA, namely the Excellent Award Best Critical/Valuable Project Category and the Expertise & Discipline Category.

The award, which was directly received by Mr. Yiyiek Wibowo as GTA’s Operational Director, also added to the long list of awards that PT. GTA has received since its establishment 31 years ago. Hopefully, this good proforma can continue to be maintained in the future in accordance with its motto of becoming the Leading Construction Company in Indonesia. [DM]

On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, PT GTA again received several awards at once from the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans) of Banten Province, namely: 1. Award for the Company with Zero Work Accidents for 2025; 2. Award for the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisory Committee (P2K3) with a Platinum rating; 3. Award for the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Program in the Workplace with a Platinum rating.

The award, which was presented directly by the Governor of Banten, adds to PT GTA’s long achievements in terms of occupational safety. This shows the management’s high commitment to occupational health and safety. PT.
