Recently, employees of PT. GTA have been regularly enjoying mini soccer or futsal matches after work. This fun activity serves as a great way to unwind after a long day at the office, and it’s usually held every Friday. The enthusiasm among employees is impressive, with around 32 participants from various divisions joining the games each week.
One of the regular players, Firman Maulana, shared, “This activity is a great way to build closer relationships among employees and strong teamwork while keeping our bodies healthy and fit. We’ve even had friendly matches with teams from other companies, such as BNI and SSA.” To make it even more exciting, the team members pooled their money to order custom jerseys for the games.
