The solemn award ceremony, held at the Banten Governor’s Pavilion within the Banten Provincial Government Central Authority (KP3B) complex, was attended by the Governor of Banten, the Banten Province Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans), alongside top management representatives from selected companies. PT GTA’s presence on the honorary podium serves as tangible proof that massive and complex operational aspects in the heavy machinery sector always go hand-in-hand with the maximum protection of the company’s most valuable asset: its workforce.

As an international specialized contractor managing a massive fleet of mega-cranes (such as Crawler Cranes & Heavy Truck Cranes) as well as heavy modular transportation (multi-axle), the operational risks faced by PT GTA are exceptionally high. However, through the rigorous implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), regular audits, and continuous education via mandatory Toolbox Talks at every project site, the company has successfully maintained an stellar safety record.
